the room was well-equipped with everything I needed, including a washing machine and a hair dryer. the beds were very comfortable, and I enjoyed the view from the terrace on the roof. the check-in process was smooth, thanks to the helpful and welcoming host, Katarina. the location of the apartment was convenient, with a metro station and a large convenience store nearby. it was a great place to stay, and I plan to come back.

Clean apartment and unbeatable and magnificent location. It was located in a nice area right on the metro line. Had very comfortable stay in the winter and received ironing for free, a nice bonus. I've had property with washing machine and livingroom and comfy beds.

The Golden Family Apartments in Prague were a delightful choice for my recent stay. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The location was superb, with the tram and subway stations just a few feet away. It made it incredibly easy to explore the city and visit the popular tourist sites. The hotel's attention to comfort and cleanliness ensured that I felt safe and at ease during my stay.
If there was one thing I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be more assistance from the staff. The children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed and could have been more attentive to guests' needs.

Great value and convenient location next to a Metro station. the apartment was clean and met our expectations. the staff was there, waiting for us according to our agreement. the kitchen and rooms were well equipped. the whole building was clean and silent, allowing for a peaceful stay.
There was no room cleaning service or any cleaning supplies provided in the apartment. It would have been helpful to have basic products like tea or coffee or even milk available, especially for the first day or night.

For the price we paid, Golden Family Apartments was a great value. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient with tram and metro stations right outside the building and free parking available. The owner was very accommodating and provided helpful information for getting around and exploring the city.
Food for breakfast could have been better.
